1- Cap de Costes-Brunas

An extensive view of the viaduct and its surroundings, and, for the more adventurous, a free-flight take-off area. Enjoy the view, the orientation table and the many paragliders flying past. From Millau, take the RD 992 towards Albi / Toulouse. As you leave the village of Creissels, take the 1st left towards Brunas: 5 km on a narrow road (accessible to light vehicles only).


2. Luzençon lookout

At an altitude of 650 m, the belvedere overlooks the Tarn Valley, the Grands Causses and the village of Saint-Georges-de-Luzençon. From Millau, follow signs for Albi / Toulouse to St-Georges-de-Luzençon. On leaving the village, follow signs for Luzençon and its belvedere.


3. Listed village of Peyre

An unusual site, carved right into the cliff. From Millau, take the D41 towards Comprégnac. The village of Peyre lies 7 km west of Millau.


4. Millau Viaduct area

This viewpoint offers unusual perspectives of the viaduct from above!
The belvedere is accessible from the heart of the town or directly from the freeway. Discover a panoramic view of the city of Millau. From Millau, follow the RD 991 towards Rodez / Lacs du Lévézou. At the Bergers roundabout, 7 km north-west of Millau, take the 4th exit, direction Soulobres / Aire du Viaduc, then follow the Boulevard du Viaduc to the parking lot outside the Aire du Viaduc de Millau.


5. Lerouge bridge

From one bridge to another… This bridge spans the Tarn at the Pont Vieux, washed away in 1758 by a violent flood. It offers an exceptional view of the viaduct at sunset, whether on foot or by car. The Pont Lerouge is just a few minutes from the town center.


6. Millau Belfry terrace

You can’t stop in the city of the glove without climbing the famous Tour des Rois d’Aragon and its belfry. This seventeenth-century octagonal tower dominates the heart of the town from its height of 42 m. A 360° view of the whole of Millau, from the Pouncho d’Agast to the Viaduct…


7. The panoramic

As you descend from the Larzac plateau, you’ll discover a panoramic view of the entire valley, from the Millau Viaduct to the Dourbie gorges, from the Causse Noir to the Tarn valley. A magical view, day or night!
