The "Maison de la Cerise" is situated in an old peasants house in the heart of the village of Paulhe. The ground floor of the museum is dedicated to the growing and harvesting of cherries through the ages and the first floor has an exhibition and sales of regional products. This museum informs visitors on the economy of the Vallée des Gorges du Tarn linked to the growing of "red gold".
