Flights in tandem paragliders will enable you to discover Millau, its viaduct and the Grands Causses in an original way (sometimes accompanied by vultures). No particular physical condition is required, the paragliding takes off and lands gently. Once the pilot has brought the wing into a vertical position, a few strides are all that's needed to take off (you don't have to jump!). Then you install yourself in the cradle "like in an armchair", the pilot being behind the passenger.
