On the sun-drenched limestone plateau overlooking the Tarn, up and down stream form Millau, the 79 acre vineyard, in bygone years renowned for supplying the Popes of Avignon, is experiencing a real renaissance. The whites associate equal parts of mauzac and chenin grapes, the reds and rosés bring together the freshness of gamay and the power of syrah grapes. To discover: the aperitifs: Le Calistou based on walnuts, mirabelles and rosé wine, and a wine of mirabelles.
