Excursion on the theme of the ewe, the emblematic animal of the Grands Causses whose milk is used to make Roquefort and lamb skin has been used since time immemorial to make leather gloves in Millau.

Circuit rich in Larzac history and landscapes.

  • of a dairy sheep farm
  • of the fortified village of St Jean D’Alcas

Tastings of Roquefort at the cellar, and of a ewe’s milk yoghurt at the farm.
