Set off with a donkey for 4 days and retrace the muleteers’ route of yesteryear, that’s what’s made possible with this stay which includes in addition to overnight stays in gîtes, the visit to the Moulin à vent de la Borie where you’ll have your grain ground, a visit to the Ferme Caussenarde d’Autrefois, the preparation of bread with flour from the Mill, and a meal at the Fromagerie le Fédou to taste succulent cheeses, the making of which is explained by the cheesemakers themselves!
