Start your adventure by settling into your maison d’hôte, a former convent refurbished with an eye for detail that will delight the most meticulous. For dinner, head to the walkway of the local castle, now a hotel restaurant, and share an exceptional table, overlooking the valley and Viaduct (in case of bad weather, the meal will be served indoors, in the vaulted rooms that once housed the guards’ quarters).

Discovering glove-making

Early in the morning, start with a body awakening, and take advantage of the wellness areas at your accommodation.
You’ll find a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and counter-current swimming spa. Massages are also available on site.

Then meet up for lunch downtown (within walking distance), followed by an exclusive tour of Maison Fabre, flagship of artisanal glove-making excellence.

Continue with a guided tour of the historic center and its most secret nooks and crannies, and a climb up the 210 steps of the Belfry, at the top of which will await you with an apéritif all in local produce served by the light of dusk.

Once back down, round off this busy day with dinner in town, at one of our finest tables.

Meditation

Start this final day with a detox breakfast, then set off for a meditation session amidst the trees and grandiose landscapes of the Grands Causses Regional Nature Park, spiritual journey guaranteed!
