Alternatively, relax by the pool, take time to slow down or discover the villotte de Saint-Affrique. Admire the church’s elegant 81-metre spire from the 14th-century Pont-Vieux or from the panorama of the Caylus rock. Stroll the streets, fill your basket with local produce and meet up for a coffee to chat and remake the world.
