A welcoming space for all

The Millau Tourist Office, a reception area for all: with its Qualité Tourisme, Tourisme & Handicap, kid-friendly and Emmène ton chien (bring your dog) labels, the Millau Tourist Office reception area is a friendly, well-connected place (information screens, weather forecast, free wifi access).

A store

It showcases local producers and craftsmen with delicatessen products (jams, beers, pâtés, cookies, spirits…) and souvenir items (posters, magnets, toys…). It also offers sports enthusiasts a wide choice of topos and maps to help them organize their activities (hiking, trail running, cycling, climbing…).

A ticket office

A sales area for a wide range of cultural, sporting and leisure activities (guided tours, canoeing, paragliding, boat trips…) and major events (concerts, festivals, sporting events) and
A screening room: a mini Galerie des Glaces equipped with a large screen and projector to discover short films about the Destination.

At the Millau Grands Causses tourist office, we make it a point of honor to fulfill our missions with professionalism, motivation and innovation. Holder of the Qualité Tourisme mark since 2013, a genuine Quality policy has been put in place within the office.

To maintain this mark, a genuine approach to organization, structuring, training and services has been put in place, requiring a great deal of teamwork. Even today, the Qualité Tourisme label is synonymous with progress and continuous improvement. Values shared by all the staff at the tourist office, leading to a dynamic that enables us to carry out our various commitments successfully.

The latest renewal audit with the new DGE standard took place in January 2020 and the score obtained was 91.13% ( to have the mark you need 85% of the criteria).

A weekly program ofMillau Ville d’Art et d’Histoire guided tours, for all tastes and in several languages, from April to September, revealthe secrets of the City of Skin and Leather, recounting those little stories that shaped the big one.
